*Need 4 people to start or can be taken as a semi and private class*

Description

This 1-hour weekly class focuses on improving flexibility through a combination of movements from passive and active flexibility, using elastic bands, ankle weights, blocks, and other objects. This class is recommended for all aerialists who want to take their flexibility to the next level. *Recommended for first-year Competition Team members* *Required for second-year Competition Team members*
