Exclusivity
When registering with CBP Aerial Arts, you commit to exclusively taking classes with CBP Aerial Arts for safety reasons. Flying at another studio at the same time will result in your registration being terminated.
Missed Classes & Cancelation Policy
Group Classes
If you miss your group class or workshop, you are still responsible for paying for the full amount of the service you booked (entire semester you registred for). You can make up your class by joining Flex to Impress, Flip Motion, or by doing Open Studio after your first class at the studio.
Weekly Semi-Private Classes
Weekly semi-private classes are a semester commitment, like group classes and weekly private classes. Your given timeslot will be reserved for you for the semester and could be transferred to the following semesters if desired. If you miss your class, you are still responsible for paying for the full amount of the service you booked. You can make up your class by joining Flex to Impress, Flip Motion, or by doing Open Studio after your first class at the studio.
Sporadic Semi-Private Classes
If you cancel your semi-private less than 24 hours before the class, you are still responsible for paying for the full amount of the service you booked the day off the class. You can make up your class by joining Flex to Impress, Flip Motion, or by doing Open Studio after your first class at the studio.
Weekly Private Classes
Weekly private classes are a semester commitment, like group classes and weekly semi-private classes.
If you would like to reschedule one or more classes or switch timeslots with someone else for any reason, a $5 rescheduling fee will be applied to each rescheduled class. *This applies to all students, including the Competition Team members who did not send on time their ''allowed missed classes'' as written in their contract.*
Sporadic Private Classes
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you are still responsible for paying the full amount of the class you booked. Students taking private classes have 2 ''last-minute cancellations'' for the year (canceling less than 24 hours before the appointment). If you use one of your 2 "last-minute cancellations," the class needs to be rescheduled in the same week to avoid any fee or as soon as possible, depending on the situation. Rescheduled classes cannot be rescheduled and must be paid in full.
Tuition
Hourly Tuition
The hourly tuition for group, private, and semi-private classes stays the same year-round.
Monthly Tuition
Monthly tuition may vary from one semester to another, depending on the number of classes included in each specific semester and the number of monthly payments they have been prorated for.
Semester Commitment
The financial commitment is for the WHOLE semester. We do not accept drop-ins, as the studio follows a structured progression.
Payments
-
1st payment is made at registration to finalize your registration. Then, monthly tuition is processed on the 1st of each month until the end of the semester.
-
You can make payments at any time in your account on your own before the 1st of the month, if you would like. If any balance remains due by the 1st of the month, it will be processed automatically on that date.
-
The payment processing system applies a processing fee to all card types, credit or debit. No transaction fees are applied to bank account transactions.
-
Zelle payments are accepted, but MUST be made before the 1st of the month, and a valid credit card MUST be registered in your account.
Dropout
If you would like to withdraw from the upcoming semester, you must submit your request to the studio 30 days before the end of the semester you are registered for (for example, the Fall semester ends on December 19th; you have until November 19th to withdraw from the Winter semester). After that date, you will be considered registered for the upcoming semester. Any dropout after the dropout date will be automatically charged $75.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
If classes are canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, makeup classes are available through Open Studios, Flex to Impress, and Flip Motion.
